Allocation: Responsible for establishing needs for the school district which the foundation could support.

Audit-Finance: Insures all reporting requirements are met and publishes the Annual Report. A long-term Strategic Plan would be initiated in this committee.

Investment: Responsible for the management of Foundation assets.

Governance: Responsible for the internal procedures and practices of the Foundation. It ensures consistency and uniformity of practices as well as the initiation of long-term strategic planning. This committee is also involved in the recruitment of qualified individuals to serve as members and officers of the Foundation Board of Directors.

Fund Development: Focuses on the following categories to raise money to support the foundation: grant writing, business support, alumnus, political funding opportunities, and special events.

Public Relations: Responsible for increasing awareness about the Foundation and its initiatives.
