Allocation: Responsible for establishing needs for the school district which the foundation could support.

Audit-Finance: Insures all reporting requirements are met and publishes the annual report. A long-term strategic plan would be initiated in this committee.

Investment: Responsible for the management of foundation assets.

Governance: Responsible for the internal procedures and practices of the foundation. Ensures consistency and uniformity of practices as well as the initiation of long-term strategic planning. Also involved in the recruitment of qualified individuals to serve as members and officers of the foundation board of directors.

Fund Development: Focuses on the following categories to raise money to support the foundation: grant writing, business support, alumnus, political funding opportunities, and special events.
